Refund requests are evaluated individually and granted at Study Gate’s discretion. Approved refunds are issued after deducting a 2% payment gateway fee.

All test materials, including questions and answers, are proprietary to Study Gate. Users may not copy, distribute, or share any materials without written permission. Violations may result in legal action.
F. Authorized Use of the Service
The Service is intended only for lawful purposes related to TestAS Online Tests. Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal action.
G. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and maintain confidentiality of your password. Offensive or rights-infringing usernames are prohibited.
H. Intellectual Property
All original content and functionality on the Service are the exclusive property of Study Gate. Aggregated and anonymized test data may be used for improvement and benchmarking.
